Street Elbows are a type of pipe fitting intended to join a pieces of pipe or another pipe fitting at a 45 degree angle. The difference between a Street Elbow and a regular elbow is the Street Elbow features male pipe thread on one end and female pipe thread on the other.

Welded fittings are welded on to the piping system where as pressure fitting uses National Pipe Thread (NPT) to connect to the pipe. 90° weld elbows are used to change the direction of fluid or gas flow in pipes by 90 degrees.
